Colquitt East is a larger house on the same street, built for a family that entertains at scale. Elevator in the shaft, a family room and a game room, an island kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a balcony, a yard that is actually used.

Stucco and wood, a gas fireplace, high ceilings. The plan keeps living on the ground and gives the garden a job. Nothing here is open-plan for its own sake — rooms still have edges.

A fortress of a different kind: enough house that everyone can disappear, and a table that brings them back.
