Alexander Collins is the owner and the builder. He is the master coordinator — drawings, trades, inspections, the last coat of oil — brought into one motion so the house arrives as a complete work. Monolith was founded in 2026 on more than a decade of building with the best craftsmen in Texas. Our team has hundreds of years in combined experience. We are tied together by the pursuit of perfection.
Close enough to care.
We build in River Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, West University. Not because those names sell. Because I can get there, stay there, and finish the house.
You can come with an architect. You can come with a lot. You can come with nothing but how you want to live. We listen, we draw, we build, you live in it.
