Colquitt is the smaller of the houses we built on this street, and the more horizontal. A single-story contemporary, masonry stucco, dark glass, a double drive. Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a lot that still has a garden.
The work here was restraint. Highland Village does not need another house shouting over the trees. The plan is efficient without feeling tight; the street face is calm.
A house you can actually lock and leave — and come home to without a performance.
